Responsibilities

• Selecting, training, developing, leading and mentoring a team to consistently deliver upon our service promises, maintaining impeccable service standards.
• Monitoring the performance of the restaurant through verification and analysis of customer satisfaction systems and financial reports. Initiates corrective action as required
• Consistently offering professional, friendly and engaging service
• Performing daily walk through of the work-areas to ensure maintenance issues are identified and addressed, proper resources are in place
• Adhering to the annual budget and administer it in a fiscally responsible manner
• Monitoring all Guest service standards, constantly seeking ways to improve product and service as well as increase volumes and profits
• Upholding and follow department policies, procedures and service standards
• Upholding and follow all safety policies
• Planning menu with  manager and Executive Chef
• To control interior structure, lighting and sound system of restaurant
• Preparing table, to control the table and decoration of the restaurant;
• To control the list of soft and alcoholic beverages
• To control the kitchen
• To control the service;
• To control sales and registration of payments;

Knowledge, skills and abilities required:

• Fluency in Azerbaijani and either Russian or English
• Excellent Computer skills - MS Office;
• Professional experience of at least 3 year
• Be results oriented, enthusiastic and with strong interpersonal, analytical and follow-through skills;
• Ability to maintain a fair, consistent set of standards and adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines, attentiveness to detail
• Hotel experience preferred
• Good communication skills;
• Leadership skills;
• Fast learner, team player.
