Position: ASSISTANT FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leading, developing and training all F&B staff (Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, M&E)
• Running of the F&B operation on a daily basis
• Plan and implement strategies of how to increase revenue for all F&B outlets
• Quality control according to our Standards of all F&B outlets
• Budget, forecast and cost control for F&B department
• Responsible for beverage menu planning, controlling and in cooperation with Exec. Chef for food menus
• Plan, schedule, conduct and document internal trainings & source external courses
• Recruitment for F&B department
• Department Health & Safety issues
• Role Model for policies & procedures
• Control inventories and stock with the F&B department
• To provide best costumers service
• Maintain and set further develop the standards of operation
Essential Skills required:
• Minimum of three years relevant experience in the (5 stars) hotels which meets international standards.
• Result oriented individual who gets things done
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic and innovative
• Outgoing, dynamic and sales focused
• Business oriented and a natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service
• Able to lead, develop and manage a large team
• Training experience
• Strong operation background
• The Assistant Food & Beverage Service Manager reports directly to F&B manager
• Guest oriented
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be fluent in Russian & English, both written and oral.
