RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Dealing with bookings by phone, e-mail, letter, fax or face-to-face
- Completing procedures when guests arrive and leave
- Preparing bills and taking payments
- Dealing with special requests from guests

Essential Skills required:

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Azeri, Russian and English
• Strong customer service skills
• A friendly and professional telephone manner
• Ability to adapt to different guests
• Patience and tact
• Ability to handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
• Ability to resolve problems satisfactorily
• Ability to work under pressure

Advantageous Skills:

- Knowledge of Opera PMS or Fidelio
- Previous experience as a receptionist
