REQUIREMENTS
Functional
• Fluent in Azeri, knowledge of English and Russian languages is a plus
• Technical background

• Strong analytical skills
Education & Experience
• University or Vocational Degree ( in Technical field)
. Technical certification and some experience is a plus (all candidates with technical backgrounds in electrical, mechanical, instrument-automation fields are suggested to apply)
