Procurement Manager

Location: Lankaran

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree;
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in construction field is a Must;
• Good knowledge of commercial law and regulations;
• Fluent Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Problem solving skills;

Responsibilities:

• Managing procurement team
• Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving procurement and logistics performance
• Supervise the research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality
• Supervise production planning activities and Delivering cost savings for the company
• Managing the procurement supplier relationships for the company
• Developing sourcing strategies and managing commodity cost initiatives
• Delegating projects and tasks to procurement staff (training also)
