Social Media Marketing (SMM) Manager

Responsibilites:

Responsible for learning/knowing all the possible aspects of the client’s business as to SSM: the Pros and Cons of all clients’ marketing efforts. He/She also controls the effectiveness of day-to-day work of SMM team to ensure successful and timely completion of projects through all communication implementations. 

SMM Manager shall

 Manage the development of positioning concept and communication in social networks;
 Communicate with and coordinate work with Client Service department and Creative department in the agency
 Initiate and participate in creation of ideas for digital campaigns and proposals
 Manage and communicate with hired SMM team
 Communicate and manage contacts with Digital Media Department and suppliers
 Communicate with clients and suppliers on technical issues of digital campaigns
 Be responsible for final presentation creation and compilation for digital proposals
 Initiate and carry on in preparation of digital media plans
 Manage the implementation of SMM, ad word, teaser and other campaigns;
 Manage the preparation and implementation of special activities like quizzes, contests etc
 Follow-up and supervise SMM campaigns effectiveness;
 Collect statistical data collection and report thereof;
 Manage the creation, promotion and information content for groups and accounts in SM
 Put in place long-term development plans in social networks;
 Manage the virulence of information in thematic communities, forums etc;
