Position: Customer Service Specialist
Main Duties:
- Reading, monitoring and responding to the intercompany and customers emails in English;
- Answering calls and handling queries;
- Liaising with staff, clients, etc.;
- Writing reports, executive summaries and newsletters;
- Typing documents;
- Work with the intercompany software.
Requirements and skills for this position:
- Work expirience: from 3 years;
- This vacancy is applicable for Female candidates only;
- Fluent English, Azerbaijani and Russian;
- Pleasant personal appearance;
- Ability to work flexible;
- Efficient;
- Self-motivated;
- Organised;
- A good communicator;
- IT literate-full package of ms office.
Nett salary is 600-650 AZN.
