Job Title: Construction Coordinator in RDS
Location: Azerbaijan
Reports to: Senior Construction Coordinator
A vacancy available only for Azerbaijan citizens has arisen for a Construction Coordinator who is responsible for coordination of brownfield drilling offshore construction projects. A key role in the RDS project team, the coordinator will be responsible for managing all the interfaces required to conduct constructions campaign offshore safely, on time and within budget.
Other areas of responsibilities include below.
• Coordination of specific construction campaigns for drilling upgrades, providing the key liaison between main stakeholders: drilling leadership team offshore and onshore, RDS Engineering, Construction management, sub-contractors, and specialist vendors.
• Construction work pack preparation including construction method statements, job cards and task risk assessments.
• Coordination of logistics required to ensure project materials are correctly identified for shipping and are made available offshore in a timely manner for the commencement of construction.
• Problem solving logistics, engineering, resource and materials issues in a timely manner.
Skills and Experience:
• HNC or Ten equivalent years’ experience Indentured tradesman certification or recognised apprenticeship.
• Ten Years offshore construction experience.
• Five years Engineering brownfield drilling related modifications of fifth generation cyber rigs of which a minimum of two years at a supervisory role.
• Excellent oral and written English.
• Excellent reporting skills.
• Excellent communications and leadership skills.
