EnerMech’s Cranes & Lifting division offers a professional and competitive service in all areas of offshore crane and lifting operations. We provide specialist services in the operation, inspection and maintenance of cranes & associated lifting equipment, and lifting related equipment, as well as design, engineering and management of onshore & offshore crane projects.

At the moment Enermech Baku is looking to recruit the Valve Field Engineer.

Job responsibilities:

• Inspection and assessment of valves to enable accurate quotation
• Identification and sizing of sealing kits
• Identification of component materials to allow for remanufacture or weld repair
• Preparation of machining and general assembly drawings for valve repairs and upgrades
• Preparation of BOM’s and build sheets
• Troubleshooting of problem valves during manufacturing/testing activities
• Work with contract support group to ensure client requirements are met
• Creation of test cards
• Liaise with inspectors and clients as required
• Liaise with sub-contractors as required
• Travel to various sites for valves inspection and repair as required
• Provide a mentoring role; ensure apprentice training is conducted effectively.
• Ensure responsive action to client complaints is resolved in a timely, expedient and satisfactory manner
• Develop a complete knowledge of API, ASME, ANSI standards applicable to Valve related activities

Required Qualifications:

Qualifications:
           
Essential:
• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent mechanical engineering experience

Preferred
• Master’s Degree Oil and Gas or equivalent 
 
Required Experience:
 
Essential
• Commercial acumen
• Team leadership experience
• 7-10 Years Mechanical Engineering experience in process or valves
• Mechanical Engineering Design, Drawing
• Metallurgical Knowledge and Material application
• Process and Applications knowledge
• Excellent knowledge of machining, welding and production principles
• IT Skills in MS Office, Project Gant charts
• Strong internal and external communication skills
• Excellent English, Azeri and Russian language skills

Preferred

• Experience of working within a valve maintenance company
• Industrial relations knowledge
• Negotiation skills
