Senior Fraud Management Specialist
Role and Main responsibilities:
• Senior Fraud Specialist will review high risk fraudulent transactions, refer suspicious activities and coordinate with the fraud management team;
• The Senior Fraud Specialist plays a key role in loss prevention and fraud monitoring services provided to our clients;
• Coordination with Business Partners and other Institutions regarding suspicious activity and cooperation with other related departments including Sales, Marketing, IT, CR.
• Analyze& review multiple services on a daily basis and take appropriate action to protect the customer’s account and company interests (resources).
• Complete research and analysis of suspicious activity to assess levels of risk and fraud type.
• Proactively researches areas of vulnerability against manipulation.
• Make solution/prevention recommendations to management on findings and report to management in a timely manner in order to assist in the reduction of loss.
• Investigate accounts with suspicious activity reported by Credit Control.
• Review bonus reports sent by Financial Department to identify any individuals potentially manipulating the compensation plan.
• Investigate potential violators and identify suspicious trends on services and accounts.
• Apply sound judgment, effectively solve problems, identify suspicious activity consistently and respond quickly to high risk situations.
• Perform manual fraud detection in accordance with Azerfon policies and procedures as well as analysis and investigation of cases generated by FMS.
• Maintain highest level of customer service and quality.
• Promote an anti-fraud culture at Azerfon.
• Senior FM Specialist responsibility includes ad hoc tasks from management.

• The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, dependable, team-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Proven knowledge of excel.
Required education and work experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree;
• At least 2 years of experience with respect to the fraud detection or audit services industry
• Proficiency with PC Windows-based software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to develop Tableau Dashboards
• Fluent in English and Azeri, but Russian is also preferred.
