Job title: Product Director Assistant

Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

Our requirements:

• Bachelor Degree;
• Minimum three years experience in similar position;
• Fluent Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
• Good organisational and time management skills;
• Ability to research and present material clearly and concisely;
• Flexibility;
• Attention to detail.


Key accountabilities:


• devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
• arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;
• screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
• organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
• dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;
• producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
• organising and attending meetings, ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.
