Job Title: HSE Trainer/Instructor
Project: South Caucasus Pipeline Expansion
Work location:Camps in Kurdamir; Goranboy and Aghstafa regions
Reports to: Training Manager
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring that training outlined in the training plan takes place
• Maintaining weekly schedule of training courses and coordinate training programs including
• Trainer schedules, participant schedules, instructional materials and equipment, and teaching aids
• Ensuring accurate records with respect to HSSE Training Matrix & Training Database
• Ensuring an accurate training diary reflecting HSSES and other relevant course for the week and month
• Provision of the lists of refresher courses to Training Manager
• Provision of training reports to Training Manager
• Ensuring provision of daily lists of trained people to technical office and HR
• Liaising with Training Administrator, Trainers, relevant project and Company personnel
• Maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
• Ensuring that induction procedure takes place
• Training Coordinator assesses Training Administrator with the final approval of Training Manager.
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory of training materials and supplies to meet training program needs
• Answering participants questions regarding training programs (e.g., travel arrangements, enrolment, training materials, etc.)
• Execution of additional tasks given to Training Manager
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social sciences;
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as HSE Trainer/Instructor/Training Coordinator;
• Knowledge of MS Office;
• Fluent English and Azerbaijani language;
• Experience with working internationally; within matrix organizations and with a variety of cultures;
• Ability to travel inside and outside the country;
• Ability to effectively structure and deliver content in written; oral; and formal presentations;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
