Position: Rigging Material Controller
Position Info: Work Location: Base Office
Position Schedule: ASAP, 6 months (with possible extention)
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:Higher education
Work Experience:3 years or more in a similar position, in Oil and Gas Construction Industry
Knowledge of Languages: English (fluent), Azerbaijani (fluent)
Responsibilities:
• Ensure all newly arrived rigging equipment received with proper certificates, entered into the register by unique numbers and the originals stored during the service life of the equipment;
• Review all received certificates in accordance with Work request/Site instruction;
• Monitoring all subsequent re-inspection;
• Control next type and time of inspection, for all available rigging loft, referring to LOLER, internal procedures and standards;
• Issuing certificates of inspected items using data base and archives;
• Checking and Registration of certificates after inspections of a variety of lifting equipment and accessories including Cargo Carrying Units (CCUs);
• Be aware of the Legislative requirements and British Standards relevant to the organization and management of lifting equipment and accessories;
• If an error is detected, contact with representative of inspection company with a view to fix the problem;
• After finishing the inspection and of receipt the original certificates to ensure that all toperational vessels received a copy of report and have been informed in time of the completion of the work done;
• Fully adhere, at all times and irrespective of the work place, to Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) policies, procedures and requirements;
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Superior.
