Mechanical SV

• Supervises, manages and supports subcontractor to proceed with construction effectively in accordance with project specification under safe condition.
• Monitor and control the contractor man power, construction equipment and materials and liaising with material controller
• Liaising with discipline engineers on technical issues that may /will affect construction methodology, progress and safety
• Coordinate with QA/QC inspectors for request for inspection (RFI),preventive action request (PAR),nonconformance report (NCR),mechanical punch list and take corrective action against the issues
• Supervise mechanical completion and plant handover and make sure that punch list works are performed correctly and rapidly. Supervise and carry out the works as per manager and vendor supervisor instruction
• Prepares daily, weekly and monthly construction report;
• Responsible for oversight of field construction operations within assigned areas
• Conduct joint inspection with clients representative and third party inspector

Able to read English -- Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents;Active Learning -- Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making;Mathematics -- Using mathematics to solve problems.;Installation -- Installing equipment, machines, wiring, or programs to meet specifications.;Management of Material Resources --Obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work.;Management of Personnel Resources -- Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
