Insulation Supervisor

Supervises, manages and supports subcontractor to proceed with construction effectively in accordance with project specification under safe condition. Meets with subcontractor to plan and prioritize insulation work according to established production targets.Schedules, assigns, and plans the work of insulation shop personnel performing a variety of insulation jobsEstimates material and labor.Monitors the acquisition and use of materials.Coordinates with other disciplines or departments to resolve interface issues.Directs daily work assignments of an insulation crew.Prepares and maintains records of time worked and materials expended on projects.Enforces existing methods and procedures relative to construction, maintenance and repair activities.Inspects work of sub-contractors in the field or shop.Assists in the development and motivation of staff through training.Monitors and instructs staff regarding safety regulations and procedures.Uses a personal computer to write correspondence and keep records. Prepare inspection and progress reportPerforms other related duties as required.Minimum 2-3 years experience as Insulation Supervisor.NACE (National Association of Corrosion Engineers) certificate.Ability to write inspection and progress report.
