QC inspector is to perform services under the direct supervision and control of the QA/QC Manager. Directly responsible for overseeing field fabrication to ensure each built piping package meets all design specifications and client expectations. Performed Quality audits and maintained good communication with general contractor. Review all Equipment GA's and Unit PID's. Conduct quality audit to contractor’s quality of work and procedures. Verify the applicable equipment bolt torque. Review corrective actions for quality observations and NCR’s being proposed by contractors and recommend better solution if necessary. Final review and approval of Turnover packages including Job step completion Final Sign-offs.Understands Quality Inspection Procedures, Tools and Equipment. Well Versed with ASME, API and AWS Construction codes.Strong commitment to safety.Good verbal and written communication skills in English
