Full responsibility
• Play a critical role in Azerbaijan to champion sales capabilities development.
• Accountable for 4 areas: Sales operations, Category Management, Operation Trade Investments, National Trade Marketing.
Sales Operations:
• Competitor activities monitoring and benchmarking
• Scalable opportunities with data, technology, analytics, analysis
Category Management:
• Category management initiative and implementation
• Shopper research / shopper insights
• Retail Audit and sales fundamentals tracking
Operation Trade Investments:
• Lead the Trade Investment Priorities
• Control Trade Terms implementation
• Deploy profit model
• Enable Customer Strategy/ Customer planning
National Trade Marketing:
• Portfolio strategy to the specific trade channels
• National Launches
• Unified Trade Marketing Calendar (Integrated Commercial Planning).
Who we are looking for
• Solid working experience in multinational companies in sales operations, category management, trade marketing.
• People management experience.
