Position: Mechanic Offshore
Work Location: Offshore Operation Vessel
Position Schedule: ASAP, 6 months

Education:  Technical education
Work Experience:  Must have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role on a     construction vessel operating in oil & gas industry                                   
Certificate: Valid  professional certification

Knowledge of Languages: English (good), Azerbaijani (fluent)

Responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance and repair of all the mechanical production equipment in a safe manner;
• Carry out the maintenance and repair of all the pipe lay equipment;
• Carry out the maintenance of the cranes and winches;
• Carry out the maintenance and repair of deck equipment such as internal lifting tool,  hydraulic and diesel hammer, pumps of Hydraulic power pack, air compressor and diesel engine, etc;
• Ensure the cleanliness of the working area;
• Comply with the pollution procedures;
• Participate to the daily Tool box and JSA (Job Safety Analysis) when required;
• Ensure the storage of the tools in the opposite location once used;
• Report the near misses and incidents to his responsible on duty;
• Wear always PPE (Personal Protective Equipment);
• Attend all the emergency drills;
• Fully adhere, at all times and irrespective of the work place, to Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) policies, procedures and requirements;
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Superior.
