Position: Order Manager

Reports & Reviews: Warehouse Manager, Logistics

Job Role Responsibilities: 

 Forecast levels of demand for services and products;
 Monitoring and evaluation of all order issues
 Troubleshooting in purchase processes
 Keep a constant check on stock levels
 Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality;
 Produce reports and statistics using computer software;
 Cooperation with the finance department to resolve invoice and pricing issues
 Management of the communication with the  department and customers
 Monitoring and evaluation of all orders and sales processes as well as preparation of order reports
 Train and supervise the work of other members of staff

Position Qualification

Knowledge
 Degree in business administration, logistics or a related field
 Practical experience in a similar position is a plus
 High customer service orientation
 Detail-orientation and good analytical skills
 Ability to communicate at different levels
 Good problem-solving as well as organizational skills
 Ability to both work effectively in a team and independently
 Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office
 Able to complete tasks in a timely manner

Skill
 Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
 Excellent presentation skills
 Ability to share skills and knowledge with others
 Proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
