Position: Order Manager
Reports & Reviews: Warehouse Manager, Logistics
Job Role Responsibilities:
Forecast levels of demand for services and products;
Monitoring and evaluation of all order issues
Troubleshooting in purchase processes
Keep a constant check on stock levels
Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality;
Produce reports and statistics using computer software;
Cooperation with the finance department to resolve invoice and pricing issues
Management of the communication with the department and customers
Monitoring and evaluation of all orders and sales processes as well as preparation of order reports
Train and supervise the work of other members of staff
Position Qualification
Knowledge
Degree in business administration, logistics or a related field
Practical experience in a similar position is a plus
High customer service orientation
Detail-orientation and good analytical skills
Ability to communicate at different levels
Good problem-solving as well as organizational skills
Ability to both work effectively in a team and independently
Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Able to complete tasks in a timely manner
