HSE Assurance Coordinator
Location: Base office
Contract: 6 mounth ( Can be prolonged)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the continuous improvement of the project HSE Management System and compliance with the applicable HSE legislation;
- Coordinate the implementaton of the HSE Management System within the entire project organisation;
- Promote awareness across the project organisation on the HSE Management System;
- Coordinate and support the project team in the development and continuous improvement of the Project HSE Management System in accordance with applicable policies, standards and legislation, organisational assets and existing corporate procedures;
- Promote monitoring and coordinate activities of the HSE Management System effectiveness;
- Liaise with the Procurement Function to define criteria for project supplier and sub-contractor HSE qualification, selection and assessment;
- Monitor the updating status of the project HSE document system and procedures development;
- Plan and implement new HSE awareness initiatives across the project with regards to identified non conformaties and corrective actions;
- Plan and lead the project HSE audits program;
- Monitor the evolution of HSE Legislation and advise the project HSE management;
- Contribute to company and project HSE external communication and reporting systems;
- Develop HSE statistical analysis and report results to project HSE management;
- Fully adhere, at all times and irrespective of the work place, to project Health, Safety, and Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) policies, procedures and requirements;
- Perform other related duties as assigned by HSE Manager.
Qualifications:
Education: Higher education
Expirience:2 years’ or more experience in a similar role within Oil and Gas Industry
Fluent knowledge of English and Azerbaijani
