Store Manager

Job responsibilities:

• Develop successful sales plans on daily/weekly/monthly and yearly basis to grow store’s profitability
• Ensure exceptional customer service
• Management and control of all store operational issues, to include store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc.
• Recruit staff with right skills, experience, and encourages the retention of team members
• Lead and motivate staff to maximize productivity
• Ensure store staff is following company and brand rules and regulations with regards to health, safety and security
• Achievement of Daily/Monthly/Yearly sales and other targets

Key attributes:

• Fluent in spoken and written Azeri and Russian
• Strong analytical skills;
• Negotiating skills and the ability to network and influence people;
• Team working and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Numeracy skills and proficiency using IT; (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Required education and work experience:

• Higher education;
• At least 2-3 year of experience in retail sphere

Additional information:

• Job type: full-time
• Working shifts: 6/7
• Salary 800 AZN net
