Position: Oil & Gas Key Account Manager

General Remark:

The job description should provide a basis for work and common understanding of the role of Oil & Gas Key Account Manager, Sales Representative for strategic market segment.
Roles and responsibilities need to be developed over time and adjusted to the market needs when necessary.

Main Responsibilities:

-         The KAM will be responsible for entire management of key accounts in his/her segment of business, specifically in Oil & Gas industry
-         The position will build, develop and maintain long-term relationship with existing and potential new key accounts in O&G industry to maximize sales opportunities for Company products portfolio
-         The position will gather market insights, and identify and analyze current market trends in order to translate the analysis into business opportunities for Company with a view to maximize its sales potential in Azerbaijan
-         Promote of Company products line to key customers in Azerbaijan. Actively support further strengthening and maintenance of a positive image of the Company brand in the market
-         Stay updated and tuned-in with the market and competition, its trends and main influencers in order to identify in time new business opportunities and ensure timely coordination of all relevant activities for obtaining new sales projects

Main Tasks:

• Market analysis, Business Plan development and implementation
• Enhancing and maintaining customer relationships in AZ
• Building and expanding partner, sub-contractor contacts
• Customer visits and technical presentations arrangements
• Developing technical, commercial and financial solutions for customers in AZ
• Coordination with Company supply units, providing quotations, technical solutions
• Support successful project implementation in AZ, assist with customer relations, communication, problem solving, etc.
• Technical support and tendering support from Company supply units
• Reporting to the Company Country Sales Manager and Managing Director
