Gilan Holding is looking to recruit an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager in Hospitality to join our highly professional team.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing growth strategies;
• Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed sales goals;
• Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and report on all marketing activity and results;
• Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams;
• Work with clients and sales to identify and implement new opportunities within major accounts;
• Develop relationships with high growth opportunity clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing Management in hospitality;
• Fluency in Russian and English;
• High degree of creativity, organizational and process development skills and a proven track record of success;
• Experienced in objection handling and negotiations;
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
