National Operations Coordinator

Role:
 
• Manage/co-ordinate all aspects of engineering, mobilization, field operations, demobilization and associated workshop activities etc. This will be for all Enermech Process and Pipeline business lines, i.e. Training, Tool Hire, Nitrogen & Helium Leak Detection, Pipe Freezing, Chemical Cleaning, High Pressure Water Jetting, Hot Oil Flushing, Hydraulic Bolt Torqueing & Tensioning, Valve Testing, Pipeline and Umbilical pre-commissioning.
• The Operations coordinator will be the primary reporting manager for all workshop and field personnel whom will schedule and allocate personnel to projects in the most efficient and safe manner possible.
• The role comprises every aspect of country management, therefore QHSE, commercial, technical, business development and project delivery are all key elements.
 
Responsibilities:
 
• Provide leadership and direction for field personnel via a detailed technical understanding of the business lines.
• Ensure the selection and management of field staff is of the highest caliber, nurturing training and individual development.
• Provide support to the business development team in the pursuit of key projects and clients.
• Responsible for the safe and productive running of the workshop and projects.
• Oversee the commercial process, ensuring projects are profitable and invoicing is performed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Working closely with PPU Business line manager in planning, timely cost effective project delivery and man power-equipment mobilization.
• Ensure all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance programs and practices are followed to ensure maximum uptime for all Enermech equipment.  Providing technical support in the CAPEX process will also be a key aspect of this role.
 
Requirements for the position:
 
• High school education
• 10 years + in industry
• 2 years + in similar operations role
• Proven track record in managing large numbers of field and workshop staff           
• Able to read P&ID / Isometric drawings, test packs etc in order to support technical questions from field personnel etc
• Fluent English/Azeri
