RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Collect money for drinks served
2. Balance cash receipts.
3. Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins, or straws.
4. Serve wine, and bottled or draft beer. 
5. Plan, organize, and control the operations of a cocktail lounge or bar.
6. Plan bar menus.
7. Prepare appetizers such as pickles, cheese, and cold meats.
8. Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.
9. Create drink recipes.

Essential Skills required:

To be creative, fantasy, self-control and organizational abilities, to bear stress and tiredness and to be Patient and understanding, open-minded, cheerful, spontaneous and dynamic
Good communication skills
Experience in operation of a cocktail lounge or bar
Language skills
A positive and healthy outlook on life
Work experience in 5 star hotels
