Job Title: Enviromental Coordinator
Project: South Caucasus Pipeline Expansion
Work location: Camps in Kurdamir, Goranboy and Aghstafa regions
Reports to: Enviromental Manager
Responsibilities:
• Knowledge of applicable national & international environmental laws, rules, regulations and/or policies
• Assessing environmental risks and cost estimating
• Ensure regularly the communication link between different project disciplines and departments
• Ensure regularly the communication link between site and head office
• Team leader and coordination capabilities
• Assess the environmental aspects/impact of site activities and identify and implement proper mitigation measures
• Support and guide the development and improvement of the environmental system
• Perform studies/analyses on subject related to environmental issues
• Coordinate and control the development of Project Environmental Site activities
• Ensure and Coordinate the implementation of the Environmental Management Plans at site during project realization phases
• Promote environmental initiatives
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in Oil & Gas, downstream other process plants and/or EPC companies as environment coordinator and/or engineer
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering and Any other relevant certification in environmental science will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Experience with working internationally; within matrix organizations and with a variety of cultures,
• High skill levels in both written and verbal communication in English language;
• Computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and MS Power-point.
