Temporary Assistant for 2nd EU-Azerbaijan Business Summit

The German-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce (AHK Azerbaijan) is recruiting from now on a temporary assistant (1-2 months).

The assistant will support the AHK in the preparation of the 2nd EU-Azerbaijan Business Summit taking place on 18th May 2016.

The tasks include:

- Translations (Azerbaijani, English)
- Acquisition and registration of participants in Azerbaijani and English
- Phone calls in Azerbaijani and English
- Administrative support
- Technical support (administration of online-application, website, printing, design, …)
- Set-up of event and technical support during the event
- Support in daily AHK services, where needed

Required skills and qualifications

- Very good command of the Azerbaijani and English language, good knowledge of German is desirable, knowledge of other EU languages is welcomed
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Relations, EU Studies, etc.
- Good IT skills
- Experience of working/internships in an international environment or abroad is an advantage
- Flexible and willing to work in long hours or even on the weekend (prior to the event)
- Reliable, loyal, accurate and target-oriented working attitude
