Commercial Manager

POSITION PURPOSE

Responsible for the overall management and control of the sales and marketing activities, including but not limited to:
- direction and control of all sales activity and sales targets,
- develop strategies and objectives to achieve sales quota,
- maintain strong relationships with the existing sales channels and develop new business opportunities,
- planning, development and implementation of strategic marketing plan in areas such as market research, brand management, promotions, pricing and advertising.

MAIN QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree from Business Administration, Economics, Marketing fields of study from the reputable university (MBA or Master’s Degree in Marketing Management is an asset),
• Extensive work experience in number of the following major processes in a multinational FMCG or Telecommunications company: channel sales, business development, brand management, product management, 3rd party business partner relations management,
• Strong knowledge of economics, sales and marketing techniques,
• Prior people management experience and a strong knowledge of the modern people management techniques (performance management, reward, retention, coaching and development, etc.)
• Strong project management skill with good business acumen,
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Azerbaijani languages,
• Advanced in MS Office applications,
