Marketing Specialist
Marketing Specialist plans and coordinates the day to day marketing activities of the brand in compliance with marketing strategy for the company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited with:
Plan and implement brand communication strategy. Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing activities.
Analyze market trends, to determine market requirements for existing and future products and offer measures based on analysis and feedback.
Periodic reports on current market conditions and competitors’ activities.
Collaborate with the sales function.
Monitor industry best practices.
Coordination of third parties.
Overall responsibility for brand identity. Ensure correct usage of brand standards while creation of all communication materials.
Ensure brand messages are consistent.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of current marketing activities.
Enhance and enrich the brand image and positioning through various goals and objectives.
Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the brand.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economy or related discipline required.
A minimum of one year Proven experience in communications and/or market research.
Strong command of Azerbaijani and English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of spelling is a must.
Proficient with Microsoft Office software applications.
Formal presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Strict with deadlines.
Self-starter, problem solver, creative, persuasive, and team player.
Confident and dynamic personality.
Relevant product and industry knowledge is preferrable. Willingness to learn the industry is a must.
Driving license possession is preferable.
