Position: Marketing Manager

Working hours:  Monday-Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00
Work place: Luxen Plaza. Baku, Azerbaijan

Responsibilities:

• Formulating, directing and coordinating marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion
• Presenting our innovative products to education sector as well as business and government
• Identifying, developing and evaluating a company's or organization's marketing strategy, based on knowledge of it's objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors
• Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
• Market researching to figure out the market requirements for all of the company’s existing and future products and services for the company
• Analyzing of all of the customer research, conditions in current market in their niche, and get information on the company’s competitors
• Composing and managing the marketing budget of the company and develop the strategies for prices
• Managing the efficiency of the marketing plans and projects in the company
• Preparation, development and placement development of marketing materials for social media
• Put together and put into practice marketing plans and projects for new, as well as current existing products and services
• Watch over, review and do a report on all of the company’s marketing activities and the results of these activities
• Be the liaison with representatives of media and advertising for the company

Requirements & Competencies:

• Higher education in Marketing
• Experince in a similar position 2+ years
• Excellent Azerbaijan and English, good Russian
• PR/Design skills
• Sales skills
• High competence in developing / making effective presentations
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Strong creative outlook
• Confident and dynamic personality
• Strong communicator across a variety of platforms and on all levels
• Knowledge of principles of social networking
• Creativity
• Organization and planning
