Position: IT Director
Working hours: Monday-Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00.
Work place: Luxen Plaza. Baku, Azerbaijan
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and systematize the customer requests
• Maintain up to date product roadmaps
• Coordinate work of developers in accordance with roadmap (to correct priorities)
• Communicate with clients define the client needs and propose solutions
• Control the quality and speed of software development process
• Responsibility for the development of technical documentation
• Negotiate with software developers
• Information security
• Technical consultation
• Ensure the implementation of the company’s development strategy in terms of information technologies
• Identification of problems, risk assessment, reduction of the IT budget costs
• Optimization of operation of the existing information technologies system;
• Complex assessment and understanding of a condition of IT function with a further proposal for improvement of service to clients
• Forming effective relationships with customers and reducing the number of claims from business to IT service
Requirements & Competencies:
• Higher education in the field of computer science
• Knowledge of C#, .net, WCF, WPF, MySQL, Entity Framework, Mobile, LINQ, C++, VB6
• Experience in a similar position more than 3 years
• Experience in modern technologies (big data, CRM, mobile applications; technology Cloud, real time data feeds)
• Knowledge of English and Russian languages
• Analytical thinking
• Proven leadership ability
• Ability to build and effectively manage relationships both at all levels of corporate management, and with key business partners and suppliers
• Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
