Invitation for national organizations to Limited Competitive Bidding

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are pleased to inform you that you are invited to submit a technical and financial proposal for implementation of Financial Participatory Approach activities in the frame of Eco Corridor Programme in the South Caucasus in the following regions (rayons): Zagatala, Gakh, Oghuz, Shaki, Guba and Gusar.

We are inviting proposals for four separate lots:

1. FPA Implementation in Zagatala – Gakh regions.
2. FPA Implementation in Gakh – Sheki – Oghuz regions.
3. FPA Implementation in Guba region.
4. FPA Implementation in Gusar region.

Therefore, please find herewith the invitation to the Limited Competitive Bidding which consists of:

• The present invitation to bidding
• Conditions of bidding
• Annex A Terms of Reference (ToR)
• Annex B  Model of Curricula Vitae
• Annex C Model Declaration to observe the highest standard of ethics (also named: "Model Declaration of Undertaking")
• Annex D Model for Financial Proposal
• Annex E  TJS Guidelines on FPA

All the above-mentioned documents are being forwarded to you in one electronic version.

Deadline for receipt proposal is November 02, 18:00 local Azerbaijan time.

Please, kindly inform the Eco Corridor Programme National Coordinator Malak Shukurova by email – [email protected] with copy to WWF Azerbaijan Programme Administrator Oksana Zarukaeva – [email protected] within three days whether you will submit the documents for the Limited Competitive Bidding and in which locations are you interested in. One bidder can present proposals for one or several lots.  In case of presenting proposals for several lots, a different key expert – facilitator must be proposed in each proposal.

Successful bidders will receive service contracts for implementation of FPA activities in specific regions.
