Job Title:  Piping Review Engineer (Temporary)

Location: Azerbaijan

A vacancy has arisen for a Piping Review Engineer position as part of the onshore Business Unit.
The Piping Review Engineer will report to Maintenance Team Leader, and is responsible for ensuring integrity and correct alignment of Piping & Instrument Drawings for the offshore Drilling Packages. Responsible for accurate recording of historical data and system amendments in accordance with procedures

Skills and Experience:

• Ability to read engineering drawings, to analyse said drawings against Maximo requirements
• Complete verification of boundary limits specified by Client Engineering subject to survey
• Complete offshore survey and report on the findings of comparisons found. Surveys, both onshore and offshore, to determine information to allow execution of workscopes.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the Company Management System Procedures
• Ensure the integrity and correct operation of both the KCAD Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and any Client system that may be in operation, including the upkeep and monitoring of all system hardware
• Ensure all software is maintained up to date in accordance with Company Policy and to implement any amendments as authorised by Senior Management
• Ensure that system and data security is adequately maintained in accordance with Company Policy
• Ensure that all existing and new plant equipment is correctly identified, hard stamped and entered into the KCAD or Client CMMS Systems, as directed by designated Maintenance Superintendents
• Monitor plant maintenance related computer software/hardware developments and advise management accordingly
• Produce ad-hoc system reports as required

Requirements:

• Excellent English skills
• Necessary Computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excellent Excel Skills )
• Engineering and process experience, particularly piping schedules.
• Experience with CMMS processes.
• CAD drawing experience beneficial
