About the Role:

Public area supervisor communicates and supervises all public area attendants to ensure proper completion of all tasks .He maintains public and back of the house areas in accordance with the policies, standards, and guidelines established by Intourist Hotel.

Job Duties:

Is responsible for all activities of all public area attendants. Is completely familiar with and carries out policies and procedure established by Intourist Hotel Initiates and aids in effective communication within the Housekeeping and Maintenance Departments.

Carries out the following assignments:

a. Assists in the selection and termination of public area attendants.
b. Trains, retains, directs and evaluates the work of public area attendants.
c. Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and according to established standard.
d. Offers to the Senior Team Leader for any maintenance deficiencies.
e. Assist in maintaining preventive maintenance and files on all maintenance equipment.
f. Controls all equipment and supplies issue and returns.
g. Maintains par stock on all supplies.
h. Maintains a daily log showing assignments and notations on repair and maintenance item as well as special cleaning requirement that should be brought to the attention of the Assistant Housekeeper.
i. Assumes other duties assigned by the Senior Team Leader/Housekeeper.

Requirements for the candidate:

Work Experience: 2 years as Housekeeping, Supervisor in an International class Hotel.
Language: Good command of English
Male preferable
