Position: Marketing specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed plans, briefs, schedules and propose new concepts for allotted marketing projects.
• Ensure projects completed as scheduled, within budget and attain marketing objectives.
• Supervise and present marketing reports.
• Prepare purchase orders and approve invoices as necessary
• Work with analytics team to build a direct marketing plan in support of sales goals.
• Identify objectives for all direct marketing activity.
• Track, review, and document campaign results to drive future campaigns.

Requirements:

• Education in marketing or related fields
• Azerbaijani native, English and Russian fluent 
• 1-3 years of professional experience in communication or marketing roles.
• Creative, analytical thinking
• Strong knowledge of direct marketing and advertising practices.
• Strong people skills for working in a team environment.
• Well-organized with experience in project management.
• Exceptionally strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to work in a rapidly changing and frequently stressful environment.
