Net Salary: 1200 - 1500 AZN
Requirements:
Bachelor degree of Business adminstration or finance or economics
Minimum one year experience in finance or business development
English (good)
Russian (good)
IT skills (good)
Main functions:
Sustains the growth of company’s business by
• Establishing new business relationships
• Acquiring ideas for new arrangements
• Evaluating the business ideas according to the company criteria
• Carrying out the supporting market studies
• Defining the scope of the project
• Assuming the “project champion” function for the realization
• Calculating sales prices in accordance with company rules for profitability
• Negotiating and concluding confidentiality agreements, R&D agreements, supply contracts for trial and industrial quantities
Strategy/Corporate Development/Investment Requests
• Assists GM in the strategy development and review
• Assists GM in establishing and reviewing short and long term business plans
• Assists GM in the search and evaluation of acquisition partners
• Assists GM in preparing and submitting Investment Requests for extensions etc.
Fulfillment and analyze of budget (Capital budgeting)
Fulfillment and analyze of major financial statements
Fulfillment and analyze of major financial indicators (Ebitda, RONOA, ROI, etc.)
Finance background preferred
