Position: İnventory accountant

Responsibilities:

• Document all Inventory Control departmental functions and procedures to ensure compliance with Internal Audit standards.;
• Prepare reconciliations of inventory transactions and any needed journal entries
• Prepare ad hoc analysis of inventory related transactions
• Calculate monthly inventory reserve liability
• Coordinate weekly review and reporting of inventory adjustments
• Work with Warehouse personnel to understand inventory adjustments
• Maintain detailed supporting schedules
• Assist in the tracking of inter-warehouse transfers
• Participate in monthly/quarterly VAT, Sales Tax accounting and filing of associated returns.
• Record monthly In transit inventory

Requirements:

• Age: 22-30
• Min  3 years experience in relevant position
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office, 1C 8.3
• Knowledge of accounting rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Knowledge of financial statement development
• Attention to detail, ability to be highly organized, and an excellent team player
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, professional office environment
• Experience in accounting, finance or accounts payable preferred
• Fluent Azerbaijani,English and in Russian
• University degree in economics or finance

Working   schedule:    09:00 – 18:00, 5 days a week
