Position: HSE Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

Implement HSE contractual requirements within company; Liaise with Contractor and Client representatives on all HSES matters
Monitor improvements through the preparation and implementation of project inspections
Supervise vendors and sub-contractors by means of inspections/audits
Develop and implement internal safety audit schedule; Ensure implementation of regular Health Inspections
Provide HSE support to site operations
Provide personnel with necessary trainings to implement HSE system
Assist in develop and maintenance Emergency Response Plan
Monitor HSE compliance of CPC personnel, contractor staff and visitors
Provide on-site assistance to all employees regarding all aspects  of Health, Safety and Environment
Perform Risk Assessments and HAZID studies
Carry out regular site inspections
Lead in Accident/Incident investigations
Ensure that all STOPs are recorded and communicated to supervisors to close out the actions
Develop materials for training and coaching
Prepare and deliver Toolbox Talks; Supervise HSE staff
Monitor local HSE staff performance and provide regular performance assessments
Identify any safety needs and initiate safety program
Collect, compile and analyze security related reports
Monitor and enforce security requirements of all subcontractors
Attend weekly HSE meetings
Provide visitors inductions and establish effective system

Requirements for Candidate:

Higher Education
Relevant work experience – minimum 3 year
Fluency in  Azeri / English / Russian
Computer skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
