Job Purpose

The mission of the Business Intelligence function is to identify and translate market opportunities into actionable recommendations to achieve individual, team and company revenue profit target. To support the Sales and Marketing teams in finding new ways to attract new customers, maximize value of existing customers, and retain the most profitable ones. Supporting the campaign target setting process and measuring the impact of campaigns and reporting to senior management.

• Master degree preferred
• IT industry knowledge preferred
• Excel, Word and Outlook (programming languages desired)
• 5-7 years of experience on data analysis & reporting, business intelligence and decision support Experience with BI and analytics.
•  Tools and frameworks - SAS, Business Objects, SAP, my SQL; Advanced Excel, Simulation and Optimization tools are a plus.

Description of work:

• Customer base segmentation: prepaid and postpaid, micro and macro segmentation. Continuous monitoring of segment statistics.
• Maximization of customer lifetime value by growing and retaining customer value.
• CRM: Prepaid and postpaid contact strategies.
• Building up a CRM framework to maximize customer activity and minimize churn via customer Lifecycle Management
• Consumer Prepaid & Consumer Postpaid retention strategies. Continuously monitor and investigate disconnections, suggest solutions to prevent churn.

• Business case analyses.
• Develop and implement various communications via intranet, media, printed copies, banners etc.
• Create presentations, communications plans, corporate communications materials, media releases and provide event assistance.
• Write, edit, and distribute internal and external communications supporting overall strategy.
• Acts as a liaison with outside vendors and consultants.
• Implementation of marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and market strategy insights.
• Discovery of strategic business opportunities through cross function collaboration with sales, HR, etc.
• Marketing opportunity for revenue
• Provide product/service support in order to establish proper channels of information and communication.
• Responsible for branding, advertising, trade shows, company events and promotional collateral
• Work with management on projects dealing with media relations, business communications, success stories.
• Develop marketing materials that reflect that message and goals of the company.
• Oversee the company’s social media.
• Develop marketing campaigns that promote branding and customer awareness.
• Assist with creating materials for meetings and presentations.
