The Embassy of Malaysia in Baku, Azerbaijan is seeking qualified candidates for the following post:

CARE TAKER

Among the duties of the successful candidate will be:

• To monitor all maintance work at the Embassy and Official Residence;
• To ensure the heating system and hot water system in the Chancery building and Official Resident are in good working order;
• To ensure the electrical wirings are in good working order for both building;
• To inform of any damage or malfunctions of any equipment at the both building;
• To carry and arrange office materials, equipment, furniture and furnishing when required;
• To maintain the flower beds;
• To plant flowers / bushes / bulbs;
• To take care the potted plants in the building;
• To water the plants in the pots and garden when necessary;
• To maintain the gardening tools;
• To ensure that the compound is kept clean and tidy; and
• To hoist and take down the Malaysian flag on all working days.

Successful candidates, should at minimum, possess the following capabilities:

• Fluent in written and spoken Melayu, English and Azeri;
• Valid Driving license;
• Is a positive minded, dynamic and a team player; and
• Has good interpersonal skills.
