Job title: Procurement Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with management of the daily procure-to-pay technology, procedures, and supplier relationships.
• Extrapolate purchasing data from Procurement tool.
• Provide insight to corporate purchasing behaviors and assist in ongoing demand management efforts.
• Work directly with suppliers to manage inventory levels.
• Provide reports on procurement activity as needed.
• Hold an understanding of vendor payment processing
• Review vendors periodically for price discrepancies
• Teamworkenclose with Bran Manager and Production and Installation Manager
• Provide Invoice reconciliation support for capital expenditures, new development and renovations
• Develop strong relationships with internal customers to engage them on a timely basis ensuring purchases are consistent with company objectives and standards
• Support the buying functions of the purchasing department for assigned commodity
• Issue Purchase Orders when needed
• Record retention administration and support
• Solicit quotes/bids on an as needed basis to assure competitive pricing
• Responsible for working within and being a champion of indirect purchasing practices, guidelines and frameworks.
Experience & Core Skills Required
• 3-5 years of purchasing experience
• Having experience with managing large data in Excel and being detail-oriented is strongly desired for this position
• Ability to be flexible

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; both oral and written
• Excellent team working and interpersonal skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
• Works well independently and in teams
• Proficiency with standard office software a must
