Position: Director of the Training & Consultancy Agency

The company with 15 years professional experinece in training (pre school & school level trainnig & coaching for educators) and educational consultancy areas is looking for Executive Director:

Responsibilities:

• Coordination of company overall operational & financial management
• Strong cooperation with different stakeholders in educational community including ministries, governmental bodies and private companies;
• Operational quality assurance;
• Development of sales strategy, its implementation and assessment;
• Supervision of training events management;
• Coordination & development of the training programs, content development process, cooperation with the training program leaders/trainers;
• Providing information on company corporate activities through different communication channels;
• Cooperation with teachers, trainers, educators and experts in education sector ;
• New personnel search and recruitment;
• Participation in the development of promotional campaigns;
• Coordination of national and international partner activities;
• Preparation of recurring reports;
• Competitor analysis, search for up-to-date topics and educational solutions;
• Introduction of proposals regarding the organizational  development, its potential & future growth;

Requirements:

• Job experience in educational company and/or training center;
• Good knowledge of the business – training & consultancy services market;
• Knowledge of working with state and corporate clients
• University degree;
• Knowledge of languages: Azerbaijani, Russian, English – perfect command
• Advanced PC user (MS Office, knowledge of graphic applications will be appreciated);
• Well-developed communication and management skills;
• Well-developed analytical abilities;
• Good skills in working with large data sets;
• Customer-focused approach, commitment to results, good teamwork skills.

Terms and conditions:

• Five days a week, from 09.00 to 18.00
• Compliance with the requirements of the Labor Code.
