Vacancy: International program Specialist for Private Educational Center

Job duties include:

1. Collaboration with international partners through bringing best international expertise in education sector into Azerbaijan
2. Preparing annual training programs schedule for the company’s existing training packages
3. Preparing and managing training budgets
4. Collecting and analyzing data on training requirements in the market and defining potential training goals
5. Identifying training needs among educators on the market
6. Assessing competitiveness of the company’s training packages
7. Presenting training packages to potential customers
8. Hold regular client meetings, establish sales pipeline and lead the sales efforts of the Company;
9. Follow local and international trends to maintain high profile of training solutions provided on the market;
10. Offering an appropriate training package to customers according to the initial assessment
11. Taking part in development of the company strategy
12. Assist in the development of short and long term plans for programs, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance
13. Assist in design of performance objectives and implement and monitor programming to meet desired outcomes
14. Develop yearly outreach plan according to program needs and capacity
15. Ensure database(s) maintenance which include(s) participant and prospect information and mailing list
16. Organize and establish meetings on regular basis with designated individuals to foster positive relationships
17. Assist with the development of public relations and communications strategies to support program goals and increase community awareness

Job requirements include:

• University degree
• Knowledge of languages: Azerbaijani, Russian, English
• At least 2 years of experience at  the management and coordination projects
• Knowledge of MS Office programs
• Team and independent working skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Sense of responsibility, integrity and skills in building relationships
• Managerial skills
• Creativity
