Nestlé, the world's leading FMCG company, is looking for a highly motivated professional for the District Development Manager - Azerbaijan.

Functional responsibilities:

• Set up merchandising guidelines and control of effective usage.
• Implement the account priorities in the area including trade promotion management.
• Maintain high level contact with the local customers.
• Set up customers’ targets, strategy and their implementation in line with channel strategy.
• Review credit limits of the local clients, monitor their credibility and payment morality (bank guarantee).
• Increase distribution level and market share in channels.
• Ensure products listing in the KA channel.
• Monitor our competitors’ activities with our clients.
• Co-operate with local distributor’s salesperson.
• Control customer sales plan.
• Communicate effectively with NiM services departments (linked to customers, trade support - CCSD).
 
Management responsibilities :

• Lead, control, evaluate and motivate subordinated employees.
• Propose trainings and career development plans for direct subordinates.
• Evaluate and control merchandise’s journey plan.
• Manage and control MOGEs and TTS expenses.
 
Knowledge & Skills:

• Required: Upper intermediate English (B2)
• Strong negotiation skills
• Presentation skills
• Territory management
• Knowledge of given area incl. Key accounts, Wholesale accounts and local clients
• Individualist as well as team player
• Decision making ability/courage
• Good understanding of sales and marketing
 
Qualifications & Experience:

• University degree
• Min. 3 years of experience in sales
• Min. 1 year of experience with leading people in sales
