Job Description

• Driving the Brand's international strategy in the local market
• Developing the strategic plan for sales/marketing/business development of the Brand in the whole region
• Monitoring target markets, identifying and evaluating customers
• Direct supervision, leading, motivation, training of distributors
• Visiting markets frequently for controlling and implementing the strategy.
• Plan & maximize the sales & profit contribution of the brand
• Develop annual business plan to reflect brand positioning, negotiate key aspects of the planned delivery with the brand
• Maximizing turnover by ensuring accurate, timely and commercial sales planning an reforecast for both like-for-like & new stores
• Ensure the brand deliveries business plan profit through delivery of both volume & cash margin,
• Plan & implement events calendar for positive brand building through promotional activities that maintains brand integrity and values
• Act as prime interface with the brand for all activities; ensure all functional areas are specifically informed of brand values to customers through effective marketing
• Provide support and on-the-job training to all team members
• Marketing and Promotional activities are conducted in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Dealing and coordinating with suppliers for new models.
• Dealing and coordinating showrooms for shortage and display.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree
• Very good knowledge of English Azeri, Russian
• Females
• Experience in the luxury Wedding  dress Industry
• Excellent with MS Office, Excel in particular
• Very open to Travel internationally and work extended hours
• Familiar with multicultural and international environment
• Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Perfect presentation and communication skill
