Job Title: Venue Security Integration Manager – Multiple

Key accountabilities 

• Provide operational security advice, guidance and planning into BEGOC’s venue overlay process.
• To assist in the development of BEGOC’s Games time security policies and procedures, ensuring a seamless operation between all BEGOC functions, Government Security Authorities, public safety agencies and venue owners.
• Assist in the development of function operating plans, venue security plans, public safety plans and integration with Government Security Authorities planning.
• To assist in the development of security requirements and dot plans for all venues in the cluster.
• Create and submit regular progress reports as required.
• Support Games time security implementation and integration.
• Other appropriate duties and tasks as assigned.

Knowledge, experience and qualifications required

• Post-Secondary education required.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience - corporate security, public safety and/or military experience.
• Knowledge of and contacts within the Government Security Authorities is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage and direct a Venue Security Team. Experience in event operations and security planning highly desirable.
• Competency in security program planning, policy and procedural development, and implementation.
• Ability to successfully work in a multi-cultural environment and drive collaboration and consensus.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Azerbaijani.
• Typing and PC skills including outlook, MS word and MS excel.
