Requirements for candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of previous sales experience in IT and Telco is a must – retail sales is a plus.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals.
• Enthusiasm, reliability and the ability to multi-task.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Technical abilities, PC and Internet literacy.
• The ability to be assertive and professional in attracting passive consumers, as well as show initiative in follow-up calls and sales activities.

Description of work:

• Successfully Execute a strategic and defined target plan as a hunter in retail sales to meet or exceed established goals.
• Identify and cultivate long-term business relationships with retail customers.
• Effectively articulate company’s corporate message and value proposition through presentations and product demos.
• Develop Retail Sales Team both in Baku and regions with input from the Commercial sales manager.  (Team should include direct-report retail sales people, as well as the local independent retai sales contractors interested in growing their business through retail sales.  The team should reflect the market size, opportunity, and growth objectives.)
• Work closely with current Retail Sales Agents, track the activity and evaluate performance.
• Review all pricing requests and purchase orders prior to submission by direct-report and independent retail sales contractors before submission.
• Ensure all Retail Sales Team members have current promotional materials, samples and price sheets at all times for all the products and services.
• Conduct monthly sales meetings for retail sales staff.
• With guidance and approval from the Business Development Manager, run sales contests and promotions for improved performance and goal achievement incentives.
• Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to achieve sales goal and maximize customer satisfaction, increase customer loyalty.
• Help sniff out innovative ideas to improve performance.
• Execute transactions on time and accurately.
• Communicate positively with other team members, customers and regional representatives.
• Effectively utilize company resources, including inventory and advertising.
• Meet the customers in person, determine the customer's needs and provide information on the make, type, and comparative quality.
• Conduct  demonstrations,  provide information on the benefits and uses of a variety of accessories; answer retails potential customers questions and encourage them to become a customer of the company.
