HSE Coordinator, duties, and responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in compliance with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure the implementation of safety measures.
  • Participate in internal and external HSE audits and ensure compliance.
  • Organize safety training sessions and enhance employees' HSE awareness.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, providing recommendations for prevention.

HSE Coordinator, desired experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in HSE or engineering field.
  • ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 internal auditor certification is a must; ISO Lead Auditor certification is preferred.
  • IOSH or NEBOSH certification is preferred.
  • Experience working in ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 certified environments.
  • Participation in HSE audits with knowledge of compliance requirements.
  • Strong understanding of HSE regulations and industry best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
