Logistics Coordinator

Overall Purpose of the Job:
 
The coordinator will be responsible for all logistics and ETM related issues. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 
 
ETM

- Search and view tools from ETMS inventory.
- Physically understand the Tools and equipment’s.
- Able to generate inventory report missing, out of service, out on repaired & available tools in ETM.
- Export tools rental history and inventory list from Inventory system.
- Attach and view documents like (Data book, MPI certificate) from ETMS.
- Monitor inspection & down load certificate in ETM.
- Encode delivery tickets in ETMS system.
- Return Delivery tickets in ETMS system.
- Process JFT (Job transfer tickets) in RTMS /ETMS system.
- Encode and return Material Transfer Ticket and receiving tickets.
- Prepared weekly report from ETM for delivery tickets & Inspection log.
- Attached Computer graphs in ETM Job tickets. 
 
Logistics

- Organizing various kinds of logistics related documentation and regular follow up with the shipping companies
- Responding to management inquiries regarding inventory & shipment status
- Supervising import and export operations (overseas & incoming shipments) keeping compliance with custom laws, notifications, tariffs
- Supervising all activities pertaining to Inventory Control, Warehouse Receipts, Damaged Goods, and Sales Contracts & Inventory Reporting
- Dealing with Customs Clearance, Temporary Import/Export Extensions of equipment, etc.
- Liaison with different departments within the company to facilitate shipments
- Assist in tracking shipments and providing alternative information
- Provide transportation information and manage billing information
- Arranges transportation and forwarding services for all orders to ensure material is delivered as per schedule
- Coordinates imports and exports 
- Reviews freight rates: air, courier, and land.
 
Skill Essential to the Job

Technical

- Bachelors / Degree or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication verbal & written in English
- Task oriented
- Knowledge of Country transportation Law

CAPABILITY PROFILE – KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, COMPETANCIES AND BEHAVIOURS:
 
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Logistics
- Knowledge of custom procedures as well as ability to review transportation networks to improve service to customers and reduce logistics costs
- Experience in tracking shipments and providing customers with advice and shipment alternatives
- Knowledge of managing appropriate documentation and billing issues
- The essential abilities should be in punctuality, flexibility and efficiency to work under pressure and to meet the time line.
