Sinteks Group of Companies is the Fashion/Jewelry/Food&Beverage Retailer in Caucasus with more than 500 brands in it’s portfolio in the Region. A current activity of the Sinteks Group of companies is Franchising of fashion, jewelry and F&B brands: Gucci, Dolce&Gabbana, Burberry, Emporio-Armani, Valentino, Chaumet, Gloria Jeans Coffee and others.
Responsibilities:
* Planning, direction and coordination import and export deliveries within the Company using variety of company sources or organizing out- source transportation services
* Completing and filing compliance documentation for import, export, supply chain security and custom clearance. Planning and scheduling the delivery of goods and cargoes
* Responsible for managing the loading of vehicles, completed stock and load bay areas
* Controls all vehicles that are in submission Cost management and reporting. Identifying & delivering operational cost reduction and cost avoidance initiatives
* Administration of the financial balance with the transportation service suppliers
* Checks system reports timely and carries out all necessary reports Managing supplier delivery performance and maintain supplier contracts
* Development of the logistics supply base and managing all supply chain activities
Requirements:
* Knowledge of importing and forwarding
* Comprehensive understanding of Contract Law and Standard Transport Terms and Conditions
* Planning and Supply Chain management experience
* Extensive knowledge of the freight and transport industries
* Knowledge of international Incoterms (FAS, FOB, FCA, DDU, DDP and etc.)
* Ability to manage a number of projects and initiatives simultaneously
* Excellent of knowledge of Excel and related specialist logistics software
* Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize
* Retail logistic experience is preferable
